need an website ordering database

I need an ordering database that will be out on our website for our members. Products are free, so no payment is required. However depending on what group they belong to, they get different products that they can order when they pick their group. There should be an optional sign-on process which will have he user info saved. The data will then need to be imported into NetSuite ERP automatically whether real-time or in batch. If you think this is doable and you can help please contact me.
