Need help -- Back up of Calendar?

I am really enjoying getting to know your product suite!

I am currently reviewing the Project Management tool. But before I adapt it, though, I need to know if I can back up my work locally or export more detail to Excel... just in case you have maintenance activiites or an outage that might disrupt availability.

I have successfully exported task lists by user, but this would not be enough to manage the project from in the event your suite was unavailable... exporting the milestone calendar or the task calendar or the meeting calendar would be useful, too.

I would prefer a calendar view that had a combined view of milestones & meetings. The task calendar would be better if it had a code for the milestone the task related to and the initials of the assigned person. Maybe a color code with a key for the assigned person?

Understanding your service level committment would be great, too...
