One of the most common functions of a "flow" (at least with Zapier) is not to just trigger actions, but to fetch and insert URLs so that two items in two different apps are associated with one another (screenshot example attached). For example, if I want to trigger the creation of a document when a support ticket is created, I want to automatically insert the URL of the document in the support ticket and the URL of the support ticket in the document. This way the user has context and the two items are cross linked. How can I do this with Zoho Flow?

Edit: I deleted part of my earlier question/comments out as I discovered you do in fact support triggers for Project Issues but just call them Bugs in Flow.
