Need more import features for Smalltalk, businessterms and article/FAQ

Hi,

There is no option to import data into smalltalk and businessterms packages.

It's very inconvenient to type everything manually inside salesiq with no way to import or export data.

Concerning Articles and FAQ, there is an import feature but limited to 100 terms each time, and API is not open to FAQ.

All this makes the answerbot feature cumbersome to deploy and ease migration from other platforms to Answerbot/zobot/salesiq.

Do you consider improve on this topics to ease deployment?
