Need to change owner for SalesIQ to match Zoho Owner/Admin

Need to change owner for SalesIQ to match Zoho Owner/Admin

My company recently acquired Bounty.co and all the Zoho account information has been properly transfered.  However, when I am logged in as Jessica Thorpe (Jessica@gen.video) I am showing up in the chat feature as Aaron Decker during the live chat session within the chatbot.
