NEW DOCUMENTS INTERFACE - FEEDBACK

After using the new projects interface for document management for a week or so now, I thought I'd give a little feedback on a few things and see what others thought. We use Projects very heavily for document management.

Document Descriptions

We no longer have the ability to type a description about a file when we're uploading it. These descriptions used to be visible when looking at the documents list as well. This is very helpful to the user to be able to see a brief description about a file when looking through the entire list. Having to click to see a description for each file is not user friendly, nor helpful.

File Size Limit

50MB file limit...why??? The limit used to be much larger so this is problematic for us.

Folders

these used to be sorted alphabetically (easy and predictable to navigate) - now it seems to sort by the order they were created (difficult to predict and navigate to what you want)

Otherwise I think everything looks great, but these three things are really causing me grief and I don't understand why they would be changed.

What do the other users think out there?

Task and Project numbering
Zoho Projects now generates a unique number for each project, task, and issue added. The auto-generated ID is a combination of a prefix and a number which is assigned by Zoho Projects. Task Inline Editing Enhancement
Hi All, Today, we have made an enhancement in task inline editing. In 4.0, task edit is moved in a single screen in a pop-up. We designed this in-order to make the task edit across the product to be the same. Let it be in Feeds, Tasks & My Tasks tab, Calendar & My Calendar tab, a click on the task title will open the popup and user can edit the values. Customers pointed us the inline editing was very useful to them & how much they miss that in 4.0. Based on the feedback, we have rolled out this enhancement.
