New Features and Enhancements in Zoho Vault (Aug, Sep)

In the last two months, we have rolled out a bunch of new features and enhancements in Zoho Vault which will help our users to simplify their day to day password management operations.

1. Administrators can now view the next data backup time on the Configure Backup Schedule page. This will help administrators know the next backup time at a glance.

2. Users can now export secrets from a particular chamber on the Export Secrets page. This feature will come in handy when you want to export particular secrets, for example: exporting secrets only from the Finance chamber. You can export and share it with your internal and external auditors.

3. Users can now filter Enterprise secrets that are not part of any chamber.

4. Option to search a secret with double quotes to find the exact match using a secret name/description/tags on the All Secrets page.

5. Option to view, the chambers with their hierarchical tree structure in the Secrets page filter.

6. Users can now export or download the offline access file along with the secrets shared with them using one-click login permission.

7. Users cannot export secrets shared with them with Access Control enabled.

8. All administrators will now receive an email notification when the secrets of a user were acquired by any administrator.

9. Option to copy passphrase is now available for Free Edition ( under General Settings ) and Paid Edition ( under Fine-grained Settings ) users.
