I would love a new Field of a Description field under the Stage name.

This would be for clarity on what the Stage is intended for (to not only help new Staff but to also or describe any automation or workflow process when dragged to this Stage)

e.g. 
Pipeline > Customer Engagement
Stage > Customer to Engage Offer
Description (just under the Stage name) Example text: This stage is to get customers onboard. Marketing dept will concentrate on this Stage. After 3 days of Last Activity on Deal, email template: Follow Up will automatically be sent to Customer.

Even if there were some hover text or something, it would be a big win for us.

There would then be clarity in what is behind the scenes of this Stage i.e. automation and workflow, so Staff are fully aware of not only what this Stage is for but also to know what the current automation or workflow behind the scenes are and know not to duplicate sending an email if they know the automation already is there in sending the email.

n.b. I have tested other small business CRM's using trial periods and they don't have this functionality either.

Perhaps this could make Bigin surpass all the other competitors with this simple field addition! :-)
