We are delighted to introduce the latest enhancements to Zoho PDF Editor, designed based on user feedback and feature requests. This update enables you to reorder, extract, and rotate PDF pages, add watermarks, and collect signatures.

Organize PDF pages
Zoho PDF Editor enables you to easily organize and manage your PDF pages with options to:
- Combine PDF documents: Combine two PDFs into a single file
- Split and extract PDF pages: Split large PDFs into smaller files. You can also extract specific pages of a PDF as a separate PDF file
- Rotate PDF pages: Easily change the orientation of your PDF's pages as required.
- Replace PDF pages: Quickly replace your PDF's pages with pages from another PDF.
- Export PDFs as images: Edit and download the entire PDF or only specific pages as images, in JPEG or PNG format.
PDF content customization and editing
Insert text or image watermarks to maintain brand consistency and also prevent unauthorized use of your PDF documents.
Sign PDFs by inserting a scanned wet signature as text, an image, or from Zoho Sign.
Secure your PDF documents with a password to restrict viewing, copying, and printing and ensure your confidential information stays secure.
