New Integration: Zoho Vault - Zoho Mail

Today we are happy to announce Zoho Vault's integration with Zoho Mail, our company's email hosting software for businesses. With this integration, you can now quickly create, edit, and share secrets directly from your mailbox. This integration will help companies to boost productivity, security and the overall user experience.

Prerequisite:
  • A valid Zoho Vault and Zoho Mail account.
Integration steps:
  • This integration is enabled by default in Zoho Mail. So no further configuration steps are required.
  • Log in to Zoho Mail.
  • Click Toggle Integration button.

  • Click Zoho Vault.
  • Enter Passphrase and click Open Vault.
  • That's it. You can now perform most of your password management operations directly from your mailbox without switching tabs.

Steps to access your secrets:
  1. Click All Secrets
  2. Use the search option to quickly find the required secret
  3. Click the Edit button, if you wish to modify the secret
  4. Click the Share button, if you wish to share the secret with a user/user group
Steps to add a new secret:
  1. Click Add Secret
  2. Fill in the details in their appropriate fields.
  3. Click Save
