Hi. I have created an app that allows me to add things to do for example, Home > Garden > Cut lawn. I would like to improve it. I would like to add different locations e.g. Dads House and then more options like front garden, rear garden, shed etc. At the same time i do not want to keep entering Dads house, rear garden etc. I would like it to remember the last entry.

I can create the relevant form however i do not know how to link forms or store fields into variables and recall them on a new record. What is the correct procedure, separate forms or us subforums. Any advice would be great.
