New User Problem

New User Problem

For a new user that I invited as admin to join connect, they have received the email and clicked on the link to accept the invitation; I then "approved" the request in the admin account.  The user goes to ZoHo connect to log in instead but receives an error page that tells them to accept the email.

How can I get this new user on our Connect?  This is not the first time I have had new user signup problems...
