No emails in contact timeline?!
I'm having a hard issue understanding some of your "features"?
1) why are we forced to select between three different dropdown options in the contact page to see emails? Shouldn't your option
ALL actually show us
ALL emails? But it doesn't. It shows only some emails, I have to select another option to show CRM emails. This makes more work when I have to check the history of 30 contacts/day.
2) why don't emails sent from CRM show up in the contact's
timeline? What's the timeline for?
3) will there ever be a day where I can see ALL contact history in one window? (like almost every other CRM on the market, ie: hubspot, Nimble, Insightly etc)?
Please can you update to make it easier for us to use by fixing the above issues? Thank you.
