Notebook data missing after restore from a full backup on iphone itunes

was wondering if someone can help?

i upgraded to an iphone x and i did a full backup on the old iphone via itunes and then restored the iphone x from that backup

when i open my app all my notes are gone in Notebook on the new phone... any idea how to fix this?

i thought a full backup from old phone would copy all the data over when restoring on a new phone?
