Notebook Web Clipper Chrome extension context menu issue

I want to add highlighted text to Notebook. I highlight the text, right click, go to 'add selected content' and it opens the web clipper but nothing gets added or saved. It's as if all I did was click the extension button and opened the drop down menu. I even tried it in the Reader View and it didn't work. I did find a work-around. I can start a note and drag and drop the highlighted text to the note but the context menu is useless right now. Just a tease of what could be. Literally NONE of the context menu commands respond properly.
