Notes + Live update times

Hi, I was wondering whether or not the Android app is able to view the notes posted via iPads and the computer version?

At the moment I am using a HTC one and cannot see the notes that were added through my iPad and/or computer version. Is this not a feature or is my version out of date (checked if it needed updating, but no) or do I have a bug of some sort?

Does this feature exist? if not will it be added and when?

Also I wanted to know if there is a 'live' update time where we are able to edit any tasks and say post in what action has been done to the task at what time? Does this feature exist? if not will it be added in?
