Notes on activities in mobil app
Hi
When working with activities in the mobile app for ipad/iphone and adding a note to the activity is syncronised to ZohoCRM as a Note, but in the ZohoCRM the notes are added to the contact.
Which means that you can not use notes created in the ZohoCRM in the mobile app and/or use notes created in the mobile app in ZohoCRM.
That is a big problem for us, as we use the notes as information/history on the activity.
Any way of fixing that?
