Notes Partial Save and Partially Disappearing - Intermittently

I am having an issue with the notes partially saving, sentences being cut off. This happens mostly when I use TAB>ENTER to quickly save the note, but also happens sometimes when I use mouse to click Save. And I know for sure that the Note is saving because part of the note will save. So it's not an issue of a bad key stroke. This only happens intermittently, and it doesn't seem to matter with the length of the Note. It does seem to happen more when I edit a note, but not exclusively. It also happens with a new note. I tried making a screen recording but could not reproduce the issue on command. It happens about twice daily
