OAuth 2 for customer portal

OAuth 2 for customer portal

In Zoho Creator, is it possible to set up an OAuth 2 connection with an external service (in this case - Zoom) for customer portal users? Specifically, I want each user to be directed to an authentication page for Zoom, and then have the connection established individually for that user. Can this be done?
