Office 365 Email Integration - MFA and Basic Authentication

Hello,

We are attempting to set up Bigin to use the email integration with Office 365 using IMAP.

We are trying to change our Office 365 settings to allow for basic authentication, and wanted to know if anyone has successfully integrated Bigin with Office 365 recently.

We have MFA enabled for all our users, so we had to enable App Passwords. We had IMAP and SMTP basic authentication disabled for security reasons, and have temporarily re-enabled that as well using an Office 365 Authentication policy.

However, every time we attempt to enter our account information into Bigin > Email Integration > O365, we get a "Sorry Invalid password" Error, and no corresponding login attempt on our Azure side.

What are the requirements on the tenant side for a successful Bigin Email Integration connection?

P.S, we understand that Bigin is working to enable OAuth modern authentication for email connectivity before Office 365 shuts down IMAP and POP3 altogether in October,
