On Collector's Logic

On Collector's Logic

I have a big doubt between collector's logic and Default termination in ZOHO SURVEY..
Well I used the settings of Collector's logic
Logic 1: If Collector XX then show Custom Message (XX-my Survey form name)
Logic 2: If Collector XX then show Respondent's Response

Still this Logic is not applying, It still goes in according to "default termination" options!!?!!

Wondering what is the application of collector's logic
Please help

Comprehending  my task  Step 1: Collect the Survey
                                      Step 2:Then Display a Custom Message
                                      Step 3:Then Display Respondent's Response
