Only on Chrome, the site is reporting a message URL not configured

Only on Chrome, the site is reporting a message URL not configured

When loading the chat of the SalesIQ only on Chrome appears the message "URL not configured" instead of the buttom.
The Iframe with the widget address is present, but a short table marckup with the message is rendered instead of the actual widget.
