Open Rate Decreased after moving from Mail Chimp to Marketing Hub

Open Rate Decreased after moving from Mail Chimp to Marketing Hub

Hi, 

My company recently switched from MailChimp to Marketing Hub by Zoho. We noticed that our open rate dropped from an average of around 25% to around 15% on the first few campaigns sent from Marketing Hub. 

Can anyone provide insight on why this may have happened?
