Option to make a Checkbox work like a Radio

Hi,

I would like to keep the look of the checkbox, so square boxes with the ticks when checked and side by side for example and enter Min & Max Choice limit, BUT when set to Min & Max 1 have another option to choose between Manual/just give a message (As today) or automatically toggle (So like the radio, uncheck the previous option selected).

So maybe have the option of "Single Choice" which then gives the option "Manual" or "Auto" Selection/Deselection, "Multi-Choice" which allows any or all choices but at least 1 if Mandatory (So you don't have to adjust the "Max" when you add new options if you should be able to choose all) and "Custom" which then gives the "Min" and "Max" like today.
