Over Mobile CRM 400 contacts, events, attachments, call logs created on Mobile app will not sync with the server. Also, my google calendar will not sync with the created events.
I've tried everything, but the Mobile CRM app will not sync with the server since I started using the new zoho CRM desktop platform.
Error message:
"Info: The records in this view are yet to be synced with the server. This may be because of scenarios like intermittent network, layout changes made on the desktop not synced with the app etc and may need manual intervention to have the addressed. You may select the respective record to view the actions to be carried out".
I have not made any changes to the layout and I have a quality connection.
The information related to each of these files can not be loss and I need this resolved asap.
