Page lost

I was creating a wiki page under the following URL:
http://rinopo.wiki.zoho.com/%E3%83%91%E3%83%AC%E3%83%AB%E3%82%B4%E3%83%B3.html

but eventually, while I was editing it, the page title turned into "?????" and all the contents of the page are now gone or inaccessible.
(The title and content of the page was in japanese characters.)

Is there any way to retrieve it?
