Payment status failed e-mail notification to employee

hello,

we use zoho forms in our online shop with a payment field connected to stripe checkout and paypal. we only process submissions after successful payments and ti works great for successful transactions. For failed transactions we were wondering how we could send an e-mail/notification  to an employee so that we can contact people and still maybe make a purchase possible or ask if they cancelled the payment on purpose.
