PC version - when?

What progress - if any - has been made on the proposed PC version of Notebook? I asked to be included in beta testing a year ago but have heard nothing.
It's a great app but being unable to sync to a PC version makes it pretty useless. I appreciate this may be a very minor development priority, but having at least SOME idea of the development schedule would be useful in making a decision on continuing to use it or abandoning it for one of the many less useful apps that sync with a PC version.
