PDF checkbox selected tick mark is not displaying in ZOHO viewer

PDF checkbox selected tick mark is not displaying in ZOHO viewer

Hi,
               When i try to open a PDF in zoho viewer , the  checkbox selected tick mark is not displaying in zoho viewer.
When i open the PDF in adobe ,i am able to see the  checkbox selected tick mark .

Please find the attachment for the issues.
