Persisting Issue with Lead Source Resetting to "Website Visit"
I searched the forum for the case of Lead Source being automatically set to "Website Visit" by SalesIQ after each lead's visit to the website. The issue there is that it overwrites the true lead source which was initially entered in CRM (say, Facebook or Bark). I have to manually reenter that actual lead source after each visit to my website!
So I read I need to uncheck the box "Accessed" in the CRM Integration tab, and I did yesterday. Another lead was captured in the CRM this morning with "Facebook" as lead source. I updated her name/email in SalesIQ, refreshed in CRM, and here it is again, her lead source became "Website Visit" again. There was no chat activity for that lead. This is rather counterproductive... How to fix it, please?
