I want pivot table view like this

currency 1             x1                        y1                       z1
currency 2             x2                        y2                        z2
currency 3
currency 4
        totals

Form must be with ALL currencies field, otherwise my finance team will have to make new record for every restaurant every month every currency which is stupid.
If we have to make new records for every currency field we will stick to excel :)
