Points and badges for tickets

Hi.
Have you ever considered giving points and/or badges for submited tickets perhaps? I was quite active on that field but I have just started to using Community platform aswell. I believe there were many good ideas, annoying bugs from EU data center, etc, in those tickets which could be awarded somehow :)
