Pre Chat Questions

Is there any way that we can customise the chat widget so we can gather more information from our members. It currently looks like we can only capture Name, Email Address and Department. However, we might want to also ask which team the member would like to chat with, within a Department. The response to this will have implications on how we set up our departments within Zoho Desk.
