Prefetch Links

I have noticed recently that when adding links to chats, it will prefetch the contents of the URL given. This is new and is causing some issues with certain sites that we direct customers to. Is it possible to turn of the prefetch of links when they are given in a chat session.?

For instance we send customers to https://secrets.xmission.com
They will then put in private information in the big yellow box then click on submit Secret Note.
Once they do that it provides them with a link

They put this link in the chat. You would then be able to click on that link and view the contents of what the customer put in the big yellow box. Then after 3 minutes that note will self destruct and the link is no longer valid.

However recently when the customer adds that link to the chat - SalesIQ will prefetch the contents of the link thus making the link invalid, and we are not able to view the contents.
