Hello.

I have a sales application and i need to print invoices, delivery ntoes etc and i'm trying to use the record template feature which allow you to use all of the fields from a report.

My question is how do i make calculated fields which are not in the report such as a total of all of the items on an sales order as there a subform which might be many rows but the is no grand total.

I hope this make sense.

so for example please see image below where the data is in a record (subform) in zoho so we can display this in the invoice template but the total such as

subtotal

vat

balance due

these need to be calculated but the is no option in the zoho record templates. I must be missing something as this is a basic function of any sales platform
