Tip #4: Prioritize and narrow your focus by removing contacted visitors from the rings

Ensure that all the visitors on your live view are ready to be contacted by hiding the visitors connected to other operators. When a prospect appears on your live view rings, it is ineffective to manually check if they are chatting with other operators before reaching out to them. By turning on this option, you can automatically hide all the visitors who are conversing with other operators of your portal. 

To enable this option,
  • On your SalesIQ dashboard, click on the customize icon on the top right corner under your profile picture. 
  • Now, enable the "Hide visitors connected to other operators" option on the top. 
  • This will hide all the visitors who are currently connected to other operators in your portal.
