Problem to link zoho CRM to Zoho Desk

Hello,

I am able to link my zoho CRM to zoho Desk. It used to be linked but the connection didn't work, like contact were not update, so I decide to remove it and install it again. But I can't.

Can you help me please and tell me what yto ou need for that. If you want, you can do it by yourself.
