Problem to publish approval flow in STG - Urgent

Problem to publish approval flow in STG - Urgent

Hi, I'm having trouble testing an approval flow.
Under the same conditions in the DEV environment, the flow runs correctly. However, in the STG environment the expected behavior is not generated.

Publishing the changes to STG starts the process. But the changes are not applied.
