Problem with Journeys and campaign sending
I'm a new user for Zoho Marketing Automation, so maybe I'm doing something wrong, but I just can't seem to solve it.
So I have 5 sign up forms, all of them SHOULD add contacts that submit it to a list. Then a Journey with a "added to list" trigger would pop and they would receive 1 emal campaign. Simple, but it just doesn't work.
Contacts that submit the forms aren't added to the list. So instead, I added "Submitted a form" as a trigger, and used an "Add to list" action". Guess what, it doesn't work either. Contacts exit the Journey in the same trigger ("Submit Sign Up Form") that makes them start it. I just don't understand why it doesn't work, and I need this ready very soon. Please help.
