Pulling subject name from deals to custom module

Hi there,

i want to pull the subject name from deals to another module which is a custom module so that i dont need to type out the subject name everytime i create the delivery order in deals module.

This is the picture of inside the deal module, before creating the quotes inside

so the field below is the quote creation page

let me know if my explanation is confusing, I want the name from the deal module to be reflected to other modules when i create the module inside of deal module, so for example if my deal name is Important, the quotes subject name will automatically update to Important when i click new quotes
