Purchase Order

Hi,

I have a question about the inventory.zoho. I have marked the Purchase order with receive but our stock did not increase. while I have marked the Purchase order with billed (even they are not marked asa received), the stock increase. I find my understanding for this two items are different from yours. Can you advise what I should do as I sometimes receive goods before payment?
