Push Notifications in mobile—Get notified about form submissions and record updates instantly

Mobile notifications are a great way to stay updated about the arrival of new information or be reminded about tasks to complete. Whether it's a lead being generated or a customer who needs quick assistance, these instant notifications help us avoid missing out on essential information.

Zoho Forms is happy to introduce Push Notifications in our iOS and Android apps.

Receive instant mobile alerts using the push notifications feature.

Using this new feature, you can now receive push notifications on your mobile device when new form submissions occur or when an existing record is updated.

You can send notifications in the following ways:

Using push notification templates for added and updated records
Using Form Rules to send notifications when a condition is satisfied

Template for push notifications

You can configure how the title and message of the push notifications appear on your mobile to provide an immediate context about form submissions and record updates. Separate templates can be set up for new form submissions and existing record updates notifications.

An additional benefit for you

Tapping on the notifications you receive will open up the Zoho Forms app and take you straight to the form record that is submitted or updated. This feature comes in handy when you're on the move or involved with other tasks.
