Query Regarding Features in Zoho Spreed sheet

I would like to know about convert days into months and days Formula(DatedIF Used in MS EXCEL ) in zoho spreed sheet & Features like Conditional Formatting we do in MS Excel(can manage new rule or use a formula to format cell ).Expecting a positive Reply .
