We have a question regarding the Analytics module in Zoho Desk, specifically related to deleted reports/dashboards. We would like to understand the following:
Is there a recycle bin, recovery option, or audit trail for reports/dashboards that have been deleted from the Analytics section?
If not, is there any way to restore a deleted report/dashboard, either through support intervention or from a backup?
Additionally, is it possible to track who deleted a report/dashboard and when?
This information is important for our internal governance and reporting integrity. For example we have the case that someone may have deleted accidentally a report that belongs to someone else, and we don't seem to be able to know what has happened to it. We would appreciate your guidance on the available options or best practices for managing this scenario.
