1 . Under the Patient Portal Information
- Are the list of patients categorized by doctors? if yes, who will designate the patient to a specific doctor?or what should be the default account wherein all new registered patients will be put in?
Yes, the list of patients will be categorized by doctors.
I would like to have the patient have the option to choose which doctor they want.
2. Diagnosis
- How many diagnosis will be included every complaint?
I would like there to be up to 4 diagnoses per complaint.
3. Treatment, Recommendations
- How many Treatment, Recommendations every complaint?
I would like up to 6 Treatment, Recommendations for every complaint.
Patients Section
1. Patients Past Medical / Dermatology History
- Is this based from the patient's? or based on the answered complaints?
This should be based on the Answered Complaints by the patient.
