I have Contacts showing in our Accounts module. I customized the Contacts module with an Employment Status field, with the following picklist options: "Primary Contact", "Secondary Contact", "Active Staff(not a main contact)", and "No longer employed".
I know how to customize the related list columns and order, but I would like to filter by Employment Status not equal to "No longer employed". Some of our Accounts have high turnover and I don't want to clutter the Contacts section with prior staff members. However, I want to keep them associated to that account for historical purposes.
Is there a way to do this?
