Hi Zoho,

If a ticket is marked manually as Spam you get an option to set the contact as Spam as well.  It would be great if there was another option to delete this Contact. This would be based on the understanding that it wouldn't be marked automatically as spam next time.

The main issue is that when you type a contact name into a ticket, entries marked as Spam are also listed.

I can't see any reason why this should be the case, is this a bug?
