Removing Your Branding from My Facebook Post

Hi There,
 
I purchased ZoHo Survey and am trying to post a survey on my company Facebook page and, even though I have unchecked the ZOHO branding choice in the footer of my survey an absolutely  HUGE  ZOHO logo and branding slogan keeps showing up.   I wouldn't mind having it there, if it were a normal size, even though as a paying customer I don;t believe I should be forced to advertise for your company (not a good thing!) but these things are  IMMENSE!!!  
 
How do I get that to stop appearing?
