Reply tracking issues in workflow
Hello,
I have created a custom workflow to send out emails to people who have entered a list. I've also assigned actions based on activity including "replies". I've set mails to track email. When my emails go out, I noticed it shows the sender email and also a reply-to address (One of them is the long cryptic campaign address that does not related to us).
I had two questions:
1. When someone replies to that email, and forgets to keep the "sender account" in cc (this happens if they just hit "reply" and not "reply all" (we can't do anything to correct this of course) - the reply gets lost, nobody received it as it went to that cryptic campaign address. If this was part of a regular campaign, I believe, we can find replies under "tracked responses" in "Sent campaigns" section. But with workflows I couldn't find this anywhere. how do we track such replies?
2. Can we swap the reply-to email and the cc. Example making the reply-to go to the "Sender email" and the cc pointing to the cryptic campaign address?
Could you please shed light on these issues?
