Requirement of a web based application for managing an Apparel Factory

We are in search of an excellent developer with good knowledge in zoho business applications (zoho projects,creator etc).

We want to develop an very simple application which has the capacity to collect data in 12 to 13 forms.And the application should be able to reproduce the collected data in the user defined views(should be separately designed with company logo in it) & also able to print it.The application UI & user defined views should be beautifully designed and minimalistic.
